Refunds

Dearfoams will issue a refund in the same form of payment used for purchase within 14 days of receiving your returned merchandise.

Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day you return your merchandise for your account to be credited.

You can initiate a return here by entering in your order number, email address and billing zip code or by logging into your account and selecting the order to return.
