CAN BUY WITH PRIME ITEMS BE PURCHASED TOGETHER WITH NON BUY WITH PRIME ITEMS?

Yes, these two items can be purchased together in a single order. Keep in mind that your Buy with Prime item will be fulfilled and delivered by Amazon, while your non-Buy with Prime item will be fulfilled and delivered by Dearfoams. You will receive separate emails for each, indicating your order confirmation, shipping expectations, tracking information, etc. For Buy with Prime items, contact the Amazon team via the Manage Prime Item link on your Dearfoams email or the Manage on Amazon link in your Buy with Prime email. Similarly, you can manage your Dearfoams item via the Manage at Dearfoams link on your Prime email or the Manage Your Order link on the Dearfoams email.

Can I use Buy with Prime to order from Dearfoams.com and ship outside the United States?

Currently, Buy with Prime on Dearfoams.com is only available for U.S. purchases and shipping.

What is the return policy for Buy with Prime?

Changed your mind? No worries. Buy with Prime items follow the same return process as your Amazon purchases. Start a return through your Amazon account, and we’ll take care of the rest—because comfort doesn’t come with strings attached. To start a return, view your order status from the link in the email that you received after you placed your order or from your Amazon account on the Your Orders page under the Buy with Prime Orders tab.

What is the return policy for non-Buy with Prime item on my order?

Changed your mind? No worries. Our no-hassle return policy makes getting the right size a breeze. Unused merchandise is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of order. Items denoted as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached. You can initiate a return here by entering in your order number, email address and billing zip code or by logging into your account and selecting the order to return.
Dearfoams reserves the right to approve all returns and has the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy requirements.
