WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unused merchandise will be eligible for a full refund within 30 days of date of purchase. Items denoted as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. Dearfoams reserves the right to approve all returns and has the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy requirements.

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for processing once your return has been received at our warehouse.

CAN I WASH MY DEARFOAMS SLIPPERS?
Most Dearfoams slippers are machine washable. We recommend washing in cold water, gentle cycle and air drying. The Dearfoams Guarantee

We introduce new seasonal product twice a year – in the Spring and Fall.
DOES DEARFOAMS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
