WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unused merchandise will be eligible for a full refund within 60 days of date of purchase.
Items denoted as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
Dearfoams reserves the right to approve all returns and has the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy requirements.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Want to check on current or previous orders? You’ve got three easy options:
• Sign in to your account at Dearfoams.com
• View individual orders on our Order Status page
• Use the tracking number from your confirmation email (and please be sure to allow emails from email@e.dearfoams.com).
WHY HASN’T MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Tracking updates usually appear within 24–48 hours of shipment. During busy times or when weather causes delays, shipping updates may take a little longer.
Ground orders ship with DHL, and expedited orders go through FedEx.
WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Order confirmation emails are sent shortly after your order is placed. Please check your SPAM folder and make sure you allow emails from email@e.dearfoams.com.

Please note that we’ll also be sending email updates when your order ships, is scheduled to arrive, and is delivered.
WHY IS MY DISCOUNT CODE NOT WORKING?
Please note that our discount codes:
• Can only be used on new orders and aren’t valid for past purchases.
• Can’t be combined; one code per order is allowed.
• Have an expiration date, so be sure to use yours before it expires.
• Can be found on our website home page, in email updates, texts, and in mailed offers.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
You can initiate a return here by entering your order number, email address, and billing zip code, or by logging into your account and selecting the order to return. Return Policy
HOW CAN I RETURN MY SLIPPERS THAT I PURCHASED FROM A RETAIL STORE?
Please return the slippers to the original retailer in which they were purchased for a refund or replacement, if possible. Dearfoams does not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased at department stores or specialty retail stores. Returns or exchanges must be made in the store where the item was originally purchased. Read more about our Return Policy here.
