Web or phone orders
Unused merchandise will be eligible for a full refund within 60 days of date of purchase along with your packing slip and original tags attached. Dearfoams reserves the right to approve all returns, and has the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy requirement.
Merchandise eligible for returns may be returned free of charge by using the prepaid return label that is included in your original package.
Follow these steps to return your merchandise:
- Repack your merchandise securely in the original package (if possible).
- Enclose the original packing slip to ensure proper credit. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing slip for your records.
- Affix the prepaid label to your package and return to:

Note the tracking number from your return to ensure that the package arrives at the warehouse. If you have misplaced your free return label, please contact us via email or at 800-628-0322. If you would like to exchange merchandise, please return the unwanted item and place a new order on Dearfoams.com. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used for purchase within 14 days of receiving your returned merchandise.
Retail store purchases
Dearfoams does not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased at department stores or specialty retail stores. Returns or exchanges must be made in the store where the item was originally purchased.
