Return Policy

Our no-hassle return policy makes getting the right size a breeze. Unused merchandise purchased on dearfoams.com is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of order.

Items denoted as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

All returned items must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached.

Dearfoams reserves the right to approve all returns, and has the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy requirements.


HOW TO PLACE A RETURN

You can initiate a return here by entering in your order number, email address and billing zip code or by logging into your account and selecting the order to return.


WHERE TO FIND YOUR RETURN LABEL

Once you have initiated your return you will receive an email with your return label attached.

You can also retrieve your return label via the order status page


Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges right now, but no worries—you can return your item for a refund and place a new order for a replacement at any time.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.


SHIPPING REFUNDS

Dearfoams does not refund shipping charges.


WARRANTY

We offer a one-time replacement warranty valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

  • Photo of the front of the slippers
  • Photo of the back of the slippers
  • Photo of tag
  • SKU # and Style
  • Photo of the defective portion
  • Proof of purchase showing the date of purchase and name of retailer purchased from
  • Full name and mailing address

RETAIL STORE PURCHASES

Dearfoams does not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased at department stores or specialty retail stores. Returns or exchanges must be made in the store where the item was originally purchased.
