Dearfoam's Buy One, Give One program begins at 3:00:01 a.m. ET on April 15, 2020 and ends at 2:59 a.m. ET on June 1, 2020. This program is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of purchase. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. All eligibility is subject to all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.

Visit Dearfoams.com to purchase any full price or sale item. By purchasing a full price or sale item, one item (subject to color and size availability) will be donated to a healthcare worker or organization. Dearfoams.com reserves the right to cancel or modify the Event, in its sole discretion, and to donate the items based on availability.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION:

The program is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio, and the forum and venue for any dispute shall be in Ohio if the controversy or claim is not otherwise resolved through direct discussions or mediation.
