Warranty & Care
Dearfoams offers a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty on all merchandise from the date of purchase. Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of the slippers. This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects, such as stitching issues or broken zippers or hardware and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, and normal wear and tear.
If the defect to the product is covered under this warranty, Dearfoams will replace the product, if it is available in stock. If we no longer carry the product, we can substitute for a similar item.
Please contact Customer Service via email or at 800.628.0322 to submit visual proof of the defective product, including your name, email address, ship to address, daytime phone number, product item, color and description of the defect. If available, please scan and send a copy of the original packing slip. Customer Service will review the visual proof to determine if a replacement will be processed.
Dearfoams does not accept defective returns to the warehouse and does not assume any responsibility to these purchases. If your bag has a manufacturing defect, please contact Customer Service at 800.628.0322 with the information regarding the defect. If you purchased at an independent retailer or department store, please return your item to that store.
Most Dearfoams slippers are machine washable. We recommend washing in cold water, gentle cycle, and air drying. Genuine suede products should not be put in the washer, and should use suede cleaner and a damp cloth.
