You may return an item within 60 days of purchase. Exchanges can be made to the color and size of an item only. See the Make a Return or Exchange section below for more details on returns and exchanges.
If you have an account with Dearfoams.com, sign in to your account to track your order.
If you do not have an account and do not know your order number (found in your confirmation email), please contact customer service at 1-800-628-0322.
If you don’t have an account with Dearfoams.com but know your order number (found in your confirmation email), fill in the information below. Your order number is a 10-digit number, like this: 0000008752 or can be abbreviated to 8752. Your e-mail address is the e-mail the order was placed under. Please make sure there are no empty spaces before or after your order number or email address, or your order may not be located.

Cancel your Order
|
|
Once you have placed your order, your order cannot be modified again online. If you believe there is an error in your order, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-628-0322, or e-mail us. Please have the order number on hand, which can be found in your order confirmation e-mail.
Note: Due to the high volume of holiday orders processing through our warehouse, we may not be able to cancel your order before shipment.
Dearfoams.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. Should your order be cancelled, or your order partially shipped, you will be notified via email.
Some of the reasons for cancelling an order may include:
- Item(s) unavailable
- Complications in the payment processing
- Duplicate order
- Unable to ship to address provided
- Customer Request

Make a Return or Exchange
|
|
We will gladly accept your return of UNWORN merchandise within 60 days from the date of purchase on dearfoams.com. If you'd like to make an exchange on your return order, you may exchange the color and size only. Exchanges are subject to new shipping fees (see below for details). If you would like a new style instead of a color/size exchange, you will instead just return the unwanted item, then place a new order on dearfoams.com. Please note: We do not offer free returns for International orders.

return/exchange shipping label.
Return Process: Once the returned item arrives and is processed in our distribution center, a credit is made to your
account. Please allow 30 days for a credit to show on your credit card statement.
If you would like to ship back your order yourself without using the return label provided by Dearfoams.com, please send back to UTi/Dearfoams.com, 13230 San Bernadino Avenue, Suite B, Fontana, CA 92335.
Exchange Process: A new order is immediately placed on your behalf when you place an exchange online. The new item is immediately shipped out, and a new charge is made to your card, including shipping charges (equivalent to the shipping method used for the original order, i.e. Ground, 2-Day, or Express). When the original item is returned and processed by our distribution center, a credit is made to your account. Please allow 30 days for a credit to show on your credit card statement. Please note: any promotions applied to the original order may not be applied to the exchange order. You will need to call our customer service department to be credited. Also, FREE SHIPPING promotions on the original order do not apply to exchange orders. And exchange orders $45 or less are subject to a $6 shipping fee.

If you’d like to place an order over the phone, please browse dearfoams.com and write down the style names and #’s you’d like to purchase (the style number is a 5 digit code, like DF672 or DM753), as well as your preferred color. Please note, you can check to see if your size and preferred color are available by clicking “Size” on the product detail page of your preferred style, which will then show the available colors in that size.
Then, simply call our customer service department at 1-800-628-0322, Mon-Fri 9am-10pm EST, Sat-Sun 9am-8pm EST.
The same shipping methods and charges apply, and you will be able to track your order online.

Placing an Order
|
|
Browse Dearfoams.com and select any items you’d like to purchase. When you are on the product detail page, you can click Add to Shopping Bag. When finished shopping, you may click the Shopping Bag in the upper right corner to begin the checkout process.
During checkout, we ask for your shipping, billing, and credit card information.
Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive two e-mails:
- The first e-mail will be sent immediately to the e-mail address you provided during checkout, to confirm the order. This e-mail will contain your order number. You will need this number to track your order online, or to make a return or exchange at a later date.
- The second e-mail will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center. This e-mail will contain the Fedex tracking number for your purchase.
All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Your credit card will be billed once the order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center. Your credit card statement may say R.G. Barry Corporation instead of Dearfoams as the retailer. R.G. Barry Corporation is the parent company of Dearfoams.

Shipping: Rates, Delivery Schedule, Policy
|

Dearfoams.com offers Free Shipping on orders of $45 or more, and Free Returns for all US orders. Free Shipping on orders of $45 or more is calculated automatically at checkout. In order to receive free shipping, orders must be $45 or more AFTER promotion code and discounts are applied. International orders of any size are subject to international shipping rates and are not eligible for returns.
Order Processing, Ship and Delivery Schedule for US orders
- Orders placed Sunday through Thursday generally ship the following day.
- Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday ship Monday.
- Orders do not ship weekends or weekday Holidays.
- , Fedex delivers SmartPost and Home Delivery orders Tuesday-Saturday, and Next Day and 2-Day orders Monday-Friday.
- USPS (for PO Box and FPO Orders only) delivers ground orders only, Monday-Saturday.
- Arrival dates exclude Holidays and Weekends.

Shipping Details
- Orders using Standard Shipping may take up to 48 hours to process before shipping.
- Expedited orders are shipped the next business day (see ship schedule above).
- Dearfoams.com ships within the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. International shipping not available for PO Box orders internationally.
- Dearfoams.com ships to military post offices and PO Boxes using USPS. Expedited shipping is not available for military post office or PO Box addresses.

Payments We Accept

Dearfoams.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. At this time we cannot accept PayPal, cash, CODs, checks, money order, or bank gift cards.
The name and billing address you provide must match the name and billing address on record with your credit card company.
Your credit card will be billed once the order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center.
We do not accept foreign credit cards or cards issued outside the United States. All credit cards must have a billing address within the US.

Sales Tax

When required, we collect sales tax on orders shipped to the following states: Ohio, Texas, New York, Arkansas, and California.
Sales tax is based on the shipping address, and is computed as a percentage of your merchandise plus shipping total. If applicable, the tax amount will be displayed on the Order Confirmation page prior to completing your order.

Although we cannot guarantee the security of internet transactions, we are using industry standard encryption to ensure that the information you send us reaches only Dearfoams. Our site transactions are secured by VeriSign, a leading company in the field of eCommerce security. Order transactions are processed through Authorize.net.

Promo Codes

Dearfoams.com periodically gives you the opportunity to take advantage of special offers, by entering promo codes upon checkout. These promo codes are shared in a multitude of places, including (but not limited to) our website, our social media pages, in our emails if you are a subscriber to our email list. These promo codes are available for online orders only and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Only one promo code may be used per order.
