Slipper fell apart

I get a pair of slippers each year for Christmas. My last pair didn't even last a year. Within 10 months the slippers were falling apart. The seams busted open and they tear easily. I am very disappointed.

Slipper

The first couple of days I wore these I thought they were wonderful. They're incredibly comfortable and cozy. Not even a week later, I noticed they made my feet hurt. The fur inside was squished down enough that I could feel the plastic bottom and it hurts to wear them for any length of time. Very disappointing for a slipper.
